Sign-Up for the Newaygo Library 2025 Summer Reading Program!
You can come into the library starting June 2nd, to sign-up and pick up a paper log, or you can use our Summer Reading app, ReadSquared, a free app available through Google play or the App Store. This app has been customized to be comparable to our traditional reading program charting system and prize awards. This app makes logging your reading easy, and includes curated book recommendations, fun activities, literacy games, raffles, and more. Download the App and sign-up today!

This year the library summer reading programs has also gone VIRTUAL! Beginning June 2, EVERYONE can begin logging their reading progress using the library’s new APP – READSQUARED.
- Download the app from either Google Play or the APP Store.
- Search for Newaygo Library.
- Create your account, and log your books or minutes read.
In 3 easy steps you are good to go!
READSQUARED makes it easy for parents or daycares to register everyone under Family or Group, and then log everyone’s minutes faster. Adults, kids and teens are awarded the same prizes as the paper edition of the reading programs. After the library opens, you may call in or stop in to receive your prizes.
