1. REQUEST MATERIALS TO CHECK OUT IN 3 WAYS!
- Call 231-652-6723 to request materials by phone (and schedule your pickup appointment), or
- Email the library at info@newaygolibrary.org, or
- Visit “YOUR ACCOUNT” from the website www.newaygolibrary.org
2. RECEIVE NOTIFICATION THAT YOUR MATERIALS ARE READY TO PICKUP 3 WAYS!
- Via Email.
- Via Shoutbomb text services.
- Via Telephone call.
3. CALL THE LIBRARY
- Call 231-652-6723 to make an appointment and/or to notify us that you are ready for your pickup.
- Park in the city/library lot behind the building.
- Have your library card and/or I.D. available for staff to see.
- Wear a facemask for our staff’s safety.
4. MATERIALS DELIVERED
- A library staff will deliver your materials to your car. Have your library card and/or I.D. available.
- Payment for copying and faxing services must be cash or check. No credit/debit cards accepted.
PLACE ALL RETURNED MATERIALS IN THE LIBRARY DRIVE-THRU RETURN SLOTS.
(Call library staff to schedule a drop-off any return item too large to fit in the return slots.)
IN-PERSON APPOINTMENTS (Including browsing, computer use, copying, and faxing services.)
1. CALL THE LIBRARY TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT
- Call 231-652-6723.
- Appointment times are for 1 hour or less.
- Schedule your visit for either the upper or lower level. If you wish to visit both levels, staff will try to accommodate your request within your 1-hour appointment.
- Please note: You may have a waiting time.
2. CALL THE LIBRARY TO NOTIFY STAFF YOU HAVE ARRIVED
- A staff person will meet you at the upper or lower level door as you requested for entry.
Facemasks are required for entry and must be properly worn.
